Jeff originally from London, Ontario graduated from the University of Waterloo in Kinesiology. He has worked in Corpus Christi, Texas for five years where he completed Manual Therapy coursework at the University of St. Augustine in Florida. He gained valuable experience as a clinical director for five clinics and returned to Canada in 2001 and opened Great Lakes Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine. Jeff also holds certification in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and has an interest in Vestibular rehabilitation. Jeff also specializes in the treatment of myofascial dysfunctions and has also in the treatment of vestibular dysfunction (dizziness), joint pain and temporomandibular (TMJ) problems.

Shannon graduated from Queen’s University in 2004 with a BSC in Physiotherapy. Prior to this, she completed 2 years at The University of Western Ontario in Kinesiology. Shannon has been accredited by the Acupuncture Foundation Of Canada Institute to perform acupuncture for multiple physiotherapy related issues. Shannon has also completed multiple courses in many areas, some of which include; craniosacral therapy, soft tissue release, auricular acupuncture and kinesio taping.
